Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

From time to time due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control your parcel might take longer to arrive. You will be given a tracking number for your parcel so you can be up to date with the estimate times of delivery at the time. 


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates


STANDARD POST-  FREE - comes with tracking  Delivery is generally 3-6 business days (depending on location). Please allow extra time and expect delays due to Covid-19

EXPRESS POST- $9 flat-rate, comes with tracking and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is generally 1-2 business days (depending on location). Please allow extra time and expect delays due to Covid-19. 

INSURED EXPRESS POST- $20 flat-rate (for orders valued $500 and over). Comes with tracking and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery is generally 1-2 business days (depending on location).

Once the order is placed and payment received, your item will be shipped within 2-3 business days (except public holidays). 

You will receive a confirmation email once it has been shipped.

All parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to sign for the parcel, you will receive an attempted delivery card and your parcel will be held at your nearest post office awaiting your collection.

It is the customers responsibility if their parcel is unclaimed and gets redirected back to Sebo Jewellery. We cannot offer free-shipping to have it sent back to you (re-shipped parcels will be charged at full rate - $9 Standard or $13 Express).

Local delivery

Local delivery is not available at this time. We look forward to offering this option in the future.

Due to various shipping issues we do not ship to the following countries at this time (We hope to revisit this in near future):

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) or other charges, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sebo Jewellery is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and these are your responsibility as the customer. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email and tracking number, you are welcome to contact us at and we will look into it for you. 

Sebo Jewellery doesn't take responsibility for any lost or damaged goods while in transit. Please start by contacting the carrier of your parcel directly to resolve the issue. We will however try and help if you are unsuccessful.
